The percentage for the strawberry is very high. I use it from 5-7%... Just in case your flavor starts to get weird as it steeps.
33% flavor is WAY over the top..
Me thinks they are foolishly losing money by using to much flavoring if this recipe is real. Maybe they just need to stick to selling hardware and let juice makers make the juice. There are a number of places by me who make juice in house and they are actually doing big tobacco a great service. Needless to say most of the vape shops are clueless about anything but how to rape newbies on starter kits and overcharge for crap juice.

Lol. I've had the same experience with the small amount of vape shops we have around here though. None of them seem to know what they're talking about, they rape on the price of their items and their juice is crap. So I just don't shop there anymore.
The flavoring might be high because he is using a 30PG/70VG blend...

Lol. At that point, it'd be at least a 33.3 PG blend... and usually nicotine is carried with a PG base as well. The percentages are definitely high but if you like it, that's all that matters. Don't let the haters get to you.
