I can't seem to get this thing to keep up. I can only get a few good consecutive hits until it starts getting dry. I've rewicked it at 10-15 times but it just wont keep up. The juice channels aren't blocked. I've tried with a small amount of barely compacted cotton and with a bit more. The coil is at 1.2ohms at 19 watts. I'm vaping 50/50 juices. I was thinking about making the channels a bit wider.

I've never been able to reliably vape at more than 15w on a kayfun or lemo.

Tightening up the airflow can help since most of these work on a vacuum. My lemo can't keep up with higher vg juices with the airflow open.

Edit: Seems like my lemo is wicking better since I tightened up the airflow a bit more.

e the 25mm or the mini i found the mini juice tracks were too tight got a fine tooth hacksaw blade and cut them a little deeper running .3 24gauge single coil 10/90 vg juice and lovin it. no issues with dry hits anymore.

I think I am going to try this as well. I loved the mini when I first got it. I tried out the stock RBA deck build that came with it and it was great at 25w with air flow wide open. I ran several tanks through it until time to rewick it. Since then I have rewicked a dozen times, with short tails, long tails, stuffed and painted to walls. Juice channels covered and clear. I also tried recoiling twice and I am still getting borderline dry hits after 2 or 3 pulls ever since I changed out the stock setup. Quite embarrassing for someone who has been building his own for over 2 years.

It's probably your wattage, if you wanna chain vape turn it down a little. Subtank RBA mode has been working best for me at 14-16 watts with a single coil at 1.2ohms, AFC doesn't seem to matter though I tend to close it up to just 1 or 2 holes anyways, and I am also using 50/50 juice. I can often chain vape a whole tank without a dry hit, but if I turn it up, I only get a few like you have said. The subtank in general just doesn't seem to like the high end of wattage, but the flavor is so much better in the lower range anyways with this tank that it doesn't bother me.
