Popping Viva Nova

Hey everyone, I have a quick question about my VVN. I have the 1.8ohm head running at 3.6 volts. About every 3rd draw, the VVN makes this "pop" sound and I get a tiny amount of juice in my mouth. Just wondering what causes the "pop" noise. I am new to the VVN, only had it for a week, and the issue just started today. Any help would be great.

juice in your mouth? really? it sounds like there might be a problem with the little rubber cap over your head. check to make sure that the little metal piece inside of that rubber sleeve ontop of the head is in place. Other than that... juice is being heated by the coils and its making a POP for whatever reason. Sometimes a brand new atty or a brand new vn head is going to pop until it gets thoroughly situated and gunked up. Until then, you can try maneuvering the little metal piece in that rubber sleeve thats over the head between the drip tip and the head... and you can also try using a longer drip tip.

When I said I get juice in my mouth, it's very tiny, like a drop or two. I will check that metal sleeve. The longer drip tip is a good idea. Thanks for your advice!

Sometimes I found that the head of the coil wasn't sitting flush on the top cap.. Try to take off the drip tip and look down and see if the coil is linked.. If so just line it up

What version of the vivi nova do you have? V3? mini vivi nova or the 3.5ml tank? either way when you tighten the top cap on, after you filld the ejuice.. before you put the drip tip on look own into it, and make sure the coil.. where that little silicone thing is that covers the wick, make sure its seating evenly, and not to the side.. i found myself doing that alot, then id get juice leaking down into the atomizer, making it crack and pop and shoot juice into my mouth

the popping is completely normal. its just juice heating up. that pop is represented as a crackle with most cartos, or a type of sizzle when using atties. nothing to worry about. if the jucie in your mouth becomes extensive, use a longer drip tip or a kuncklehead/rotary drip tip.
