So I have seen some use the dripper pro without a driptip, correct? The hole seems a little large but I guess it is doable. How many of the pros vape the DripperPro with no driptip and those of you that using a driptip, what type is your favorite? Do you remove the dt to drop in your juice or drip into the driptip, just curious?!?

I use the beck on my dripper pro, it is a chamber reducer like in the top of the sophia and makes the flavor more intense, then I stick the str 10 on top of that.

By Leo Bullet cut since day one, I just absolutely love the way it looks. It's also wide enough to drip in to with zero issues. For my personal tastes I find it too wide to use without a tip.

Can you drip your 10 drops through the driptip hole or remove the dt and drip with more direction of where the drops go, I guess they all go to the bottom wicks and we would just drip the drops around the tip so it doesn't all land in the same spot...following me on this?

Edit. Some pics with the beck and dt being put on the DripperPro would be helpful!

I've been using it without a tip, and it's wide and warm, but I like it a lot.
I guess if I were wrapping LR coils, and getting hot juice spatters it might be an issue, too - but I'm so far on stock 1.8's, and it's lovely.

I did just follow advice (kinda) and ordered a Beck adapter (kinda).
I spent like 30 minutes debating - "get a bell and a beck" "get a beck and a teensy 5STR tip" "get a beck and try it with no tip" "ooh, that Bottle is cute".
I didn't really want to spend $100 (already did today!), but I also don't want to pay shipping from Greece again for a $15 gizmo.
SO....I went with the "Black Pack"!

I get a bell and a beck, and price-wise, it's like a free bullet tip.
I figure I can mix/match - try the beck on other devices or with other tips, and if I love it, maybe get SS next time.
My ProVari's are black, so if I use a metal tip it'll be a nifty look: black and stainless layer Pro-Cake.

I use DT's in both of my Dripper Pro's, and remove them to add juice because I prefer to run it down the insides of the body/chimney. The DT's make the vape a little warmer and increase the flavor. So with my cotton/mico builds I get flavors in them that rival my KFL+ with the same builds. Waiting for an order on the way from Greece with a Beck, STR5, STR10 and other gear right now. Want to try Beck/STR combo's in the Dripper Pro's and Sophia's.

I'm slightly disappointed with the finish on my STR15; polishing didn't take out the scratches. I swap between it, a SuperT "Shorty" Contoured Wide Mouth Stainless Steel T-Tip, and the byLeo bottle top. On a side note, I was able to throw a cotton/micro build in my Dripper Pro that puts out a vape on par with my R91%.

I just do half the drops down one side then spin my device for the other half. It doesn't really matter though.

You guys are making me really happy that I went with the Dripper Pro. It sounds like I made an excellent purchase. I can't wait until it gets here.

Yup , I've been running micros with cotton in mine since September. I just finished putting a new one right now actually.

Since Sophia has a built in beck it doesn't really do anything to put on on her; however, it does boost the dripper. Pro of that being flavor but con being that you have to pop it out before dripping. I found that the metal one was a bit hard to do that with so I don't really use the SS beck anymore BUT the ice pack (and I would assume the black too) it's much easier and I always use the beck.

So with micro coil and cotton, does anything get looped under the cup like the lasso silica pulled under the cup?

Just tuck some in (inch or so ish). If you pack it too much juice will sit in parts of the wick that never end up reaching the coil.

chadsmo, are you using 28 or 30ga wire for your coils? And are you connecting the NR wire with loops or twists?

I use 30awg only and I wrap my micros on a 1/16 drill bit. As for joining the NR I've had a welder since July. If you don't have one you need one. I wrap my coil normally and torch it etc then I cut the legs short and put the whole coil in the welder clip.

Cool. I've been meaning to pick up some 30awg. Did you make your own welder or buy one? If you bought one, any recommendations? I'm feeling too lazy to build one like the one that's been posted in the official ByLeo thread.

I bought the OG welder , the TSAF from a fellow in Greece. I'm not 100% but he may have been the first to come up with the idea. It's decidedly low tech and missing a lot of stuff the new ones have. A lot of peeps seem to love the Zapper V2

I intended it to mean using the Beck/STR's in the Dripper Pro's, the STR's in the Sophia's. I did buy them in metal, don't like what amounts to colored plastic anything.
