This was jazzguy's first sale on the classy's. I bought an older wood mod from him, wood was in excellent shape inside and out. But the batt spring was compressed, batt would not make contact and was coroded somewhat. jazzguy thought about it and realized he had stored the mod for a good while with the batt left in it so we determined that was the cause since there was no sign of a short, wiring was perfect, no burned odor and mod tests out perfect on a multimeter. jazzguy sent me money to replace upper contact, lower spring and even replace the aged juice tubing plus shipping cost to have these things replaced by the mod builder. To me, even more important than the money for these few parts, jazzguy operates on integrity and wants a happy customer. This mod is a real beauty, well taken care of, and jazzguy is a real class act. I would buy from him again anytime.

Xanalog pretty much covered the details above. Only a few things to add - Since this was my first sale on the classifieds, he took the time to walk me through some things to protect myself as a seller (and as a buyer). As he mentioned, I made a few mistakes though. When I put the mod away, I wasn't expecting it to be so long before I returned to it and completely forgot about the battery left inside. Yup, a bonehead move. And beyond that, I completely overlooked the spring and contact corrosion (I take very good care of my mods, keep them clean, etc and had never had a problem with this one so I was not as thorough as I should have been in the 'pre-ship inspection'). Xanalog had every right to throw a fit and reverse the transaction, and I would not have blamed him if he had chosen to do so. But instead, he very politely and respectfully contacted me to let me know what he had found. From the very first contact (ONE MINUTE after the item was listed!) he has been an absolute joy to do business with him. He has proven himself to me to be a fine representation of what we should all aim to be as a member of this community. I just sincerely wish I had noticed it beforehand so he wouldn't have to go to the trouble of getting it worked on.

Super nice guy, too. HIGHLY recommended.

Shipping, item quality, communications are all 5s.

Ordered this from him at $28 when they weren't available from JazzCartoPipes. An extremely solid unit, the entire thing is Chrome but it looks pretty much brand new (I'm sure that will change after it's in my possession for long enough.)

And I want to leave another positive note for ringwraith1of9. He said he was going to send some bonus stuff separately from what I purchased, and it arrived today. Some juices, a few spare atomizers, and a mega 510 automatic battery. If I had purchased these separately, they could have easily cost me around $20-25. They will be going to some people I'm converting to vaping, so this is a real life saver.
