I cleaned it in a ultrasonic 3 cycles in alcohol before sending in. I apologize If it still had a smell. I can send you a partial refund if u like or I can send you another one if you like. I am truly sorry If what i sent was not to to your expectations. Please pm me and let me know what I need to do to correct this.
Don't sweat it dude. I'm not upset. I was just surprised because the tank appeared like it hadn't been cleaned. You state that you cleaned it, I believe you. I cleaned it again when I got it, as I would have done anyway. No biggie. Like I said, stuff happens. This is still in the positive feedback thread, after all.
As I understand it, in the rating system, a 5 is flawless, 4 is good, 3 is acceptable, 2 is less than expected, 1 is unacceptable. That is the gradient I used. In order for the system to work, the one doing the rating has to give an honest representation of the deal from their prospective. It's not an indictment of you at all. Over all, I'm ecstatic! I have a Provari now, and a very nice one at that. You over packed it, as I would have, to ensure it got here safe. Most importantly, I would buy from you again without thinking twice about it.
