I bought a ProVape, batteries and charger from tyleris12 last Thursday evening and the pv was shipped Friday morning. Everything was packaged/protected well and in the condition it was sold in upon arrival today (MONDAY!!!). Everything was, at worst, exactly as described. Packed well, shipped quickly (instantly, perhaps?). While I am disappointed in the Thermo/Sparkplug, there is nothing about the transaction itself to possibly complain about--I will happily do business with hisfattness again should the occasion arise.
