it was awesome, he had the label printed up the night i paid, it was in the mail the next morning, and i just got it today, there was a hiccup at the origin post office where it was scanned as delivered instead of accepted, landlord was prompt in following up with the post office to find out what happened and put my mind at rest. constant communication and always responded to my PM's A+ seller will do business with again
