I want to state that I did finally get the items and they work and are clean which is the only reason I am posting this in the positive area. however I won't buy from this seller again.

this seller ignored PMs, even though I could see she was online. she mailed the package 1 week after payment although she said she would ship quickly. the few times she did PM me, she gave excuses and at one point outright lied about having shipped when she hadn't. all I ask for is communication, I don't mind delayed shipment, but I do mind lies and being ignored. I finally told her that she should refund my money immediately since I did not believe she had mailed my package and that if she didn't I would open a paypal dispute on 9/6 and that is when I got a shipping notice and tracking #. I wonder if I would have gotten the items at all if I hadn't stayed on it and threatened to open a dispute.
