DITTO! DITTO! DITTO!

I received tracking the same night also ... but when my package arrived, the package was torn ... and the bottle had leaked EVERYWHERE. There was nothing left in it. I emailed them and told them what had happened, and thanked them for the PIF anyway ... and they immediately replied to my email saying they were sending me another one "in a little box" this time.

HOW NICE IS THAT? They didn't have to do that ... it was a PIF - and they STILL "made it good". Impressed with this company!
