Somewhere in time.
Hi:) I have a few questions for forum members about the possibilities of a project I would like to start at work.

I have been vaping at work for a few weeks, and several people I work with are extremely interested in trying it-problem is cost of startup (I work in a large chain store not much higher than minimum wage). I am buying myself a new startup next time my paycheck comes through, and will be gifting my 4081 (njoy npro) to the first lady that asked about it as the cartridges are readily available here, plus will be giving her a few that I made with some juice.

My question is this. A LOT of people start with the 4081's and move on (I did), would anyone be willing to part with working ones relatively cheap? I have enough stuff for two or three starter kits if I had an extra charger, and would like to give some of them away to people who will never try this due to original startup-so if you had a spare kit of this particular type it would be great. As I said, the 4081 cartridges are available/cheap here so that would be the way I had to go..........Anyway, I ramble, but think it's a good idea if I had a clue what people would charge for used 4081 startup kits it would help me plan if it was practical on my budget or if I should just give up now:blink:

First of all, welcome to the forums and what an admirable quest! :)

The section on the forum where this would be better addressed would be here: Pay It Forward

An alternate plan could be that the person who uses the Njoy saves their cigarette money while trying it out to see if they're interested in vaping. If so, they can use that money to buy an inexpensive 510 kit (Njoys are more expensive to get outright and so are the replacement parts, generally) for around $40 which could include the kit and a bottle of juice to go with it. Once they receive it, the person using the Njoy passes it along to the next person to try.

Just a thought! Good luck to all of you!

Unfortunantly with post restrictions had to post it here first:) Oh-I intend for the people I give them to to pass it on when/if they move on-but I also want this to be a no-pressure thing. I don't want them to think they are going to have to spend a whole lot of money quickly unless they want to to upgrade. I believe most will-but the guy who gave me my original njoy still has his:) He loves it. He also buys a new kit every 4-5 monts and gives it as a gift (how I got mine), and while I am willing to do that, if I can get less expensively used I can give them away faster.

How great it would be if more of my friends get into this idea-but even if I give only 5-6 away, and if two or three months those people pass it on, and those people and so on, that's quite a few converts over time. The more the merrier I think.........I honestly believe these things have saved my life due to a gift from a friend-I would love to pass that on.

I think what you are doing is great! But not all people will like a 4081 or 510 kit. The process I use to determine the right e-cig for someone is to find out what they are currently smoking and why they enjoy it.

If they smoke Marlboro or Winston I suggest a 510
If they smoke light cigarettes of similar brand above I suggest a 901
If they smoke menthol light then I suggest an 801

The volume that they smoke is important too to determine the Mg of nic needed in the juice.

Good luck and welcome to the forum!
