Hey guys so i bought a Itaste MVP 3.0 PRO from an actual supplier on this board. It seems after scratching the authentication code in the back, it fails to be genuine when I enter it on the innokin site. I won't mention who the supplier is just yet. I am waiting to confirm with innokin themselves.

My question is, if it IS indeed a knock-off of the Itaste MVP 3.0 PRO, how bad could it be? I am still ...... it is likely a knock-off. I still have not even used it. Anybody have opinions or advice?

It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Definitely make sure it is a knock off with innokin, and if it is raise ....! May be worth getting comment from the retailer before you hear back from innokin it may be a problem with some middle man distributer they use.

I already got a comment back saying :

"Yes it should be real unless innokin is selling us fakes.

Thanks

Support Team"

That would give me a bit of confidence in the product. If they were knowingly selling knockoffs they would likely ignore the email all together. It's possible it's a problem with the innokin website or their records.

I really HOPE that's what it is.

I'd send the retailer/supplier an image of the code on the product and a screen capture of the results.

I will do that once I get confirmation from Innokin (If it is indeed a knock-off)

I don't think there are clones of it. Have you checked? If there aren't, I would believe its authentic.

No I have not but I know there were clones of the MVP 3.
JUST checked on Alibaba and yes there is clones of the MVP 3 PRO as well.

I just entered my authorization code in the system and it does not seem to be valid. That is why I am not happy. Still waiting on support from Innokin

Once i entered a scratch off code onto a website, and it said that it was already checked a couple of days ago. I contacted the company and they said there was a slight hiccup and some numbers were doubled. They let me keep the one i had and sent me a replacement with an unused code and some extra goodies :w00t:

Most legit stores that sell Innokin products buy directly from Innokin.
They are very easy to deal with.

I think the problem is in the verification system. I would ask Innokin to help sort the issue. They would know if the store is an authorized retailer or not.
