There is a lot of concern lately about the letters sent by the FDA recently.
But they are just a small part of the entire picture of what is and has been going on from a legal standpoint.

There is no better way to get the complete history of where we are now and how we got there.
It is 76 minutes long, and worth every minute of it, so plan ahead.

Thanks, DC. I hadn't ventured over to the news or CASAA forums today, so first saw this here. I just listened to it. Very interesting. I'm not sure if I feel better about what is before us or not. I didn't see beyond the current battle with the FDA, but even if we get the tobacco classification, it's only the first battle.
