Post count to post in Mods section?

What does my post count need to be to post in the mods section, is it 5 or 15?

not sure, I know I need 5 to post in the canadian section to ask about which ejuice is good.. found a lot of suppliers but I heard some of them suck.

Its for spam protection. I believe. Other forums have this in effect for that reason at least.
