Post depressing atty noise

I have a question on atty noise and would be interested in what people have to say. I have my own thoughts but would like to hear other theories as well.

Sometimes when I take a hit then release the button on the Grand I'll hear the atty keep buzzing (shhhing, making a noise) for about one second after the button is released. Why does this happen? This doesnt happen all the time just once in a while.

Why does this happen?

Loren I have had that happen too. I just thought that the coil was still hot enough to sizzle for a second without firing. Seems to do it when I have taken a longer draw.

On the HH357's it usually means its low on juice and you better squonk cuz if that pull wasn't a dry one the next one will be!

I always reconized that sound as a dry atty as well. the dryer atty heats up quicker and hence takes longer to cool.
