For some days I'm having a problem with my Reo Grand. When I press the button normally, the atom (Cisco 306 1.5) is not always active. I have to push several times until I hear the noise the Atom. I have noticed that sometimes the tongue, when it touches the tip of the battery (1600mAh IMR18650 AW), it sizzles. What could have happened?

Sizzles, sparks? Your atomizer is shorting. Have you metered your atomizer?

Your spring will collapse if the short happens for a longer time.

Take off the door and press the button. You see sparks? Is the spring starting to get red?

If the atomizer is metering fine, look at the bottom of the atomizer. Is it sticking out? Is it flush with the bottom?

Try another atomizer. Is is o.k. or same thing?

If both atomizers are fine then it sounds like the gasket in the connector.

Remove the atomizer. You can remove the bottle and holding where the tube is connected push up slightly. Sometimes this can re-align the connector.

If the gasket in the connector is broken it will have to be sent to Robert.

First of all thanks for the quick response. No, the spring does not become red.

Make sure you are not putting your atomizer on too tight. That can cause the connector problems. Just put the atomizer on till it stops then back off a tiny bit.

Glad that worked for you!

If your talking about sparks when your positive contact makes contact with the battery you need to clean the very tip of your positive contact . I recommend using a small file or emery board to scuff up the tip apply some noalox to the very tip of the contact this will stop the tiny sparks you see and improve our vape drastically .A mod run dirty long enough will do this and you end up with a build up on the tip of your positive contact
