Not a big drinker. Hopefully it's okay on kidneys cause I only got one! When I worked a 'real' swing shift I took a nap before work. Now I can't do that. I work 11am to 7pm. So I need to get to sleep at a decent time. Now that I'm older I need all the beauty sleep I can get!!! LOL

Did you have a good birthday? Not so much fun after 21 huh???

I did have fun, thanks for asking. I don't cellebrate it and in fact I had forgetten about it, till my mom called and you sent the PM.

My sister who is 46 went in for a problem and just found out she was born with only one kidney. Isn't that something? She lived her whole life and had no idea. She even had an appendectomy (sp?) when she was young and still never had a clue.

Actually I had more fun than I did on my 21st (I'm twice that now). When I was 21, I was in the gulf, my wife was pregnant and I had only seen my daughter for a few months, after my first deployment in South America.

I wasted a lot of the first years of my married life as a sniper working overseas. .... Cheney pinned on my CIB and Purple Heart. I know it's wrong, but I wanted to spit on him and tell him to give me back the years I missed with my familly. But it was still hard not to re-up. They offered me a ton of money. Instead I got out and worked at a Dairy Queen at the drive through window, I would get out of that uniform and then work midnights at the local hospital as the boiler operator/janitor.

Life goes on, I grew up and the one thing I really learned was that my familly meant more to me than anything else in the world. I learned my lesson and I learned it well. I have been married 23 years now and it's all been more than worth it.

Glad you had a good one. I had a good one because of friends here. Got ya beat. Hit 32 years this month on the anniversary!

Gonna try to hit the hay! See ya later Brad! Have a good one!;)

ETA: I had my kidney removed.....3 pounds worth with a tumor. A lot of people live normal lives w/ only one. Your sister should be just fine!!! Is kinda weird that it was only found recently though??!!

Don't let the bed bugs bite!!

Peace and love!!!

Ps, 32 years, rock on. I keep telling my wife that because we got such and early start and we both have grandparents that lived to be over 100 years old, that we might be that freeky couple that hits a 75 year anniversery. My great aunt and uncle did, how cool is that??

Been working graveyard for the last 4 1/2 years straight, and just accepted another position, on graveyard!! Yah, I'm just BRILLIANT!!

I loves graveyard shift at least compared to swing shift. That drove me nuts. 7 days on midnitghts then four days off, not bad but your first day off is shot. then 7 days on days, bosses were around and usually you ended up working 12 hours. then you get 1 day off. Follow that up with 7 days on afternoons, still got the bosses around but your whole day is shot and you don't get out of work till everyone else is headed to bed. Two days off and back to midnights. Talk about a good way to mess up your sleeping habbits. I never seemed to adjust to it.

At least when I worked graveyard (midnights) my body would adjust, kind of. The bonus was that I was left alone to get my stuff done without anyone looking over my shoulder.

Other hardware if it’s still usable.
Those I loan out to/give to thank you.

I'm awake damnit and I'm supposed to be working tomorrow early again. Why must I be addicted to computers, upgrading, vaping, and my droid? All things which I can do sitting at the computer desk at night. I'm going to wake up my girlfriend just to tell her that I can't sleep. Muhahahahahahahahaaaa
