Thanks for the assistance I tried a couple times but still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Funny. My friends call it The Star Trek Experience.
It's my recording studio. These pictures were taken right after 80% of the equipment was brought in, after it was powered up and right before I connected the miles of audio cables.
how YOU doin![]()
Yup. I'm a little nuts... LOLBlondieLocs, you seem to be a pretty rockin' chick! I'd have a hard time keeping up with you!
Glad you changed your mind. I LOVE your pic. I love to travel and find the differences in cultures fascinating. (I do get into a lot of trouble with my blonde locks though. <grin> )There are some really good lookin' vapers in this thread, so I've been hesitant to put my mug up. Then I thought, what the heck.
If you click on my profile, you'll see me. I get lots of the "you look like Robert Downey Jr." comments, so I went all out for Halloween!

Took a while to grow the cheesy moustache beard combo and dye it black from my "premature silver" lol

This is a photo of me and my husband in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. I visited there a couple of times to visit Hubby, who has to stay in Rahima, Ras Tanura for work. Anyway, at the corniche there we met up with some young guys who were goofing around and walking on top of the rails there. They saw we were taking photos and asked if they could be in some. We thought this was pretty cool (the younger ones are especially easy to get along with LOL) and afterwards the tall one gave us his "skull cap" (I forgot the proper name for it but that's what they call it in English).
...BTW the handholding thing between guys is a very common way of just platonically showing friendship there. Like putting your arm around someone. A couple of my relatives commented on that as though that was the only thing to see in the photo! I guess I'm used to it.
Funny... I didn't even notice the hand-holding until you pointed it out.
...this is sooo sad... no matter which way I click your profile - can't get a pic??? it's like the universe is keeping a canadian robert downey jr look-a-like hidden....
Yeah it's kinda cool to check out the shopping and parks in Saudi. There are some really beautiful places there, and in Bahrain. Lots of familiar Western businesses to minimize the culture shock.

I've done a lot of travelling, but never anything on the other side of the pond. Definitely on my list!
It's funny... I was just flipping through pictures, and you'd never know where I was based on scenery. (Maybe I'm a little too nuts. LOL)
Case in point:

It started off with Jack from Happy Vaper. He was no where near what I imagined him like. This is not meant in a bad way. I just pictured a different individual.
We've all seen BA...
So here's my ugly mug, let's see yours...
