Hey guys, At what point am I able to post in the sub-forums? It looks like I can post most other places, and I have 15 posts (before posting this)..... am I doing something wrong?

Bear in mind, when you hit the magic 15, the system still needs to record it and do the user upgrade. This happens within an hour of you making the 15th post.

I'm trying to get there too. I read the site refreshes at 25min past the hour every hour.
