I'm thinking of building a mod using a clone dna chip. Using a pontentiometer instead of up/down switches is compelling, and I'm wondering if anyone here has attempted that. If I understand it correctly, using a pot would mean that you can't lock the wattage setting or change the screen orientation. Is this true? Any other drawbacks in using a pot instead of switches?
Also, I'm thinking of getting one of the 35 watt clone chips. Does anyone have any experiences with them?
