Into vaping for 2 months I guess, and already trying different PV's and stuff, but there are a few questions that I'd like to get addressed for my own "comfort"

I don't understand vaping without a tank/container system, so you've guessed I've never dripped, I don't have the patience and don't need the hassle. Had a MAP tank, awful device, got a Liquinator, loved it but vaporescence is not what I expected, so I ordered a tank from jonboyusmc and I think it would be awesome

Now to the questions :

1- bought some cartos boge 3omh and some 2ohm, I fill using condom technique but what should I do in order to "top off" that carto? few drops from the top ? Condom technique again?

2- I know cartos are cheap and disposable in theory, and I'm not cheap at all (nothing wrong with being cheap BTW) but I hate to be wasteful, to throw something that can be used again. SO, What I should do ? Use several of them and when I got several of them give 'em a good boiling?

3- I'm doing all at 3.7v because I don't know any better really. What's advisable for a newbie to try higher voltages ? WHat's the combination of Volts to Ohms that works best? I know anyone would find their sweet spot on different settings but is there's such thing as an "ideal" combination?

Keep them damp with a few drops in the top so the filler looks wet, extends the life and improves the vape.

If they don't taste burnt (burnt can't be fiixed, keep 'em damp) boiling and letting them COMPLETELY dry would work.

Seems every vaper has their own sweet spot, "ideal" combination..... sorry, no easy answer here.
Simple, cheap box mod available from many vendors would be a good place to start.

Id use a syringe for the top off using the condom method. a 1cc will work, but when I used carts I liked the 3cc so I could fill for then one cartridge at a time by injecting along the walls and fill from the rubber mouth piece side. I found the condom method flooded the cartomizers, and the gargled to start. Also it's generally accepted filling from the betty connector side is not good long term, it's inevitable you'll flood a battery. be particularly careful if your using an automatic battery (non-sealed).

Boiling will work, but you have to make sure they are good and dry, in a day or two. blow them out and use a fan to move air over them. Moldy carts are not good for you. Be prepared, you'll loose a couple of carts in the process.

3.7 Volt, is high voltage. Are you changing your batteries or shopping different carros. Others may give you different advise there, and I think you'll get a range of opinions. Make sure your cartos match your batteries for best results.

I do have syringes and most supplies needed, I'm starting to buy batteries and stuff, being using just my Ego batteries so far.
A Roughstack V2 I got from the classifieds will be here soon too.

Are these box mods variable voltage most of them ?

I have many mods, some VV mods and bottom feeders and the Silver Bullet and the Helix, etc....but to tell you the truth, right at the moment Im vaping my Ego 650mah with a clear dual coil cart on it and you cant ask for a better vaping experience...tons of vapor and great flavoryes ....you can spend all the cash you want searching for the ideal mod..( I have..LOL)
But what am I using at the moment?..Thats right the Ego..and dual coil cart...I do like to vape my Liquinator at 6V on occasion on my Pdodigy V3.1...but usually end up with the liquinator back on my Silver Bullet at 3.7V...sometimes its cool to break out my Big Kazoo and vape at 5V or my Lil sister and play around with VV...but overall, Dual coil carts at 3.7V is as good as most anything else I have tried...This was just my humble opinion...

Box mod can be almost anything you want, 3.7v, 5v regulated, VV, juice box...... Madvapes has some kits and also pre-assembled, decent prices.

If you feel like trying your hand at modding, http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-mods/106016-how-build-puck.html, this is a very simple, <$10 mod you can do for ~4.8v vaping.

Just got a bunch of different juices to try, but since I use cartos it doesn't make sense to use one for each juice, neither different juices on the same carto, so I need an atty to drip .. is that right ? Is there one recommended/suggested ? Needs to be 510 since that's the batteries I have right now.

If you're only using the atty for testing juices, any 510 will do, just look for the best price....
This is the biggest drawback of cartos, once you load one flavor it isn't easy to change, possible but not worth the trouble. Otherwise cartos make vaping easy and portable.
