So you like to use a syringe ..... we get that! Now why are you making such a big deal out of filling a carto?
It's not rocket science! And for clarification, that is not a MAP tank, and I simply pointed out that you don't need to use the syringe or the condom method to fill a carto. You can even simply drip one full if you want to go to the trouble to do so.

Any further discussion of this matter that you would like to engage in on a personal level would best be served via PM. Indeed filling Cartomizers is not rocket science, only rocket science is rocket science. I suggest you revisit reply #33 I never stated a preference of using a syringe, syringes are not for everyone.

Please review any and all videos of the Condom Method and see the edits for yourself. Including the original Doggsbody video the Doctor refers to. I will be happy to provide a minimum of 10 video links, all of which have the identical edits with the typical ending of blowing out vapor into the camera.

My concern is not necessarily for Kind Head after our earlier exchange he seems more than aware of my noted concerns using the Condom Method. My concern is for new vapers lurking these posts who simply want credible, honest, and accurate information. My criticisms of the Condom Method are constructive, back by unedited video, confirmed by the OP and others while offering several alternatives.

Am I credible? Visit my profile or my Youtube Channel. How about you...are you credible?

Had my daughters cats all the time she has been deployed, so this has been a common occurrence at my house lately.

"He doesn't boil and bake-em? Ohhhhh Myyyy Gooood!"

no no no I get the don't boil and bake I don't do that either, I throw mine out once the draw gets real tight to drag or a burnt taste, but either of those problems never occur to me untill atleast about a week of use..I just don't see how any cartomizer that's just been used once is garbage worthy...?

I do want to say that I don't ever mind the opposing posts...because I like to try everything for myself, and I wouldn't even know what to try if people weren't passionately duking it out. (I kid - I kid)

I have used the condom and drip method. I don't have a syringe, but will likely switch to that method (when my next shipment arrives) if only for the precise measurement. I have not had a lot of wasted juice with condom method...however as mentioned, the results were variable - when vaping. Ditto with dripping.

I think it was a joke....because people get fired up if you throw away cartomizers...LOL AND everyone and their mama has the best way to clean them. :) :)

hahaha yes I figured that soon enough, it is very true, since day one I've always been told to "boil cartos, rinse in vodka, soak in this, dry in that, blah blah etc....for me if they make it a week, toss it at any signs of problems

Bah, I fill them up from the top, just drip and turn until it looks slushy on top. If it looks like more than one drop's worth is pooled at the top and not absorbed into the polyfill, I set it down for a couple of minutes, usually after 20-25 drops (for a Boge carto). If it looks dry on top, I add a couple more, wait 10 minutes, and vape.

If any excessive amount of dark juice starts coming out on refills, I toss it. It's usually about a week or two into its lifespan. Seriously, at $2 a carto, and that's if you're paying "full price," it isn't worth vaping burnt carto diaper. And it's still TONS cheaper than cancer sticks.

I can definitely see that the syringe method is the best way to go. Least amount of waste and you can be as accurate as your syringe is. This is the reason I ordered 2 syringes with my first juice order from ecblends. Thanks for the great post.

Using a syringe is incredibly easy and quick. I fill a Ressurector in about 10 seconds. Using a syringe takes all the guess-work out of filling and ensures they are filled correctly. Plus theres not waiting for the juice to settle since you push the needle to the bottom and fill from the bottom up. If you order cartos from CCV you get a free syringe and that syringe is perfect for filling. The condom method works okay for regular size cartos like the Boges, but I find its not as good for XL cartos.
I feel like a lot of people that use the condom method or drip fill because theyve never tried filling with a syringe. I know thats not the case for everyone, but I think if you tryd it, youd realize how quick and easy it actually is.

I originally posted this awhile back for someone that asked how to fill the Ressurectors, but really this is for all cartos. Just instead of putting 2ml of juice in the syringe that the Ressurectors hold, put the amount that whatever carto you are using holds. If you dont know then just put extra and fill slowly. If you watch the top of the polyfill you will see the juice come to the top of the polyfill. Once the top looks "slushy" it is filled completely. Heres the copy & paste.

How to fill a cartomizer with a syringe:

"All you have to do is take the dropper part of the bottle off your juice and fill your syringe with 2ml for a new carto. Take the rubber tip off the carto and carefully insert the needle down the side pushing against the metal. DO NOT go thru the filler because it will move it and you could potentially break a connection and your carto. Slide the needle down the side and go all the way to the bottom. Then slowly start dispensing some juice. Dont dispense it all bc then it won't be evenly distributed. Put alittle in, then take it out and insert the needle in a different spot. I normally do it in 3 spots (in a triangle) I found it distributes the best, but you could just do it in 2, on opposite sides. Make sure the needle is at the bOttom bc then you will not have to wait at all for it to settle. Disperse slowly and you will begin to see the toP of the filler become slushy. It is full then, don't put more. If its a new carto is will def hold 2ml, if your refilling it won't take a lot so pay attention and once it gets alittle slushy stop. While your filling hold a napkin or something under the carto bc if you do it too fast a few drops will come out the battery end. If that happens its only bc you did it too fast and the poly fill didn't absorb quick enough.( that happens to me bc I am impatient and fill it in about 10 sec, so I just hold a paper towel or napkin underneath.) wipe up the drops and put the rubber cap back on the carto. Then put the carto between your hands and rub back and forth spinning the carto quickly. This will insure the liquid is evenly distributed in case you put too much on one side from the syringe.
Now you have a perfectly filled ressurector that is ready to be used right away!"

Follow this and I think youll realize how easy it actually is. Most people catch on very quickly. Filling cartos correctly def helps them to last longer. I get avg 2-4 weeks with one Ressurector.

    Hope this helps, Goodluck!
