power bank mod

I used Anker 5000 mah power bank with a 3 amp. usb output I made a dummy battery out of wooden dowel put in brass screws at the top and bottom drill the tube pass the wire in and connected positive and negative to the screws, put everything back and it is working beautiful . I have Foggatti clone Genesis style that used 18350 batteries that after several puffs quite working the coil I am using is 28 gauge Kenthal 2 mm inner diameter 8 wraps on stainless steel wire mesh great flavor and good cloud production I don't have ohm meter to check the value probably about 1.5 ohm. I am sort of new at this if you guys think there is better way I am open for suggestions.
