Did that 4.15*4.17/0.48= 36
So 3.7*3.7÷.75 = 19 watts?Your batteries are 3.7v, don't use the fully charged reading.
3.7x3.7÷.48=28.52

One more thing, if I want to keep the resistance under 0.2 ohms say 0.12 etc which wire and what awg is suitable?I'm here for the free Apple pie on Monday's [emoji6]

That's really up to you. Do you currently have a spool of wire to build with? One more thing, if I want to keep the resistance under 0.2 ohms say 0.12 etc which wire and what awg is suitable?
Great! You've really put all my questions to rest. Thanks againThat's really up to you. Do you currently have a spool of wire to build with?
Steam-engine.org is a great tool for building coils.
Just input you gauge of wire, inner diameter of the coil, and the target resistance you want. It will tell you how many wraps is needed.

I'm sure your performance appraisal will be goodNo problem.
This is the Q&A Superstore. Others will chime in also. It must be my shift. Lol

How did you arrive at that wattage? Any calculations?I am currently vaping at 40 watts on a single build .33 kanthal

I'm vaping a .75 single build kanthal @ 30 watts.
Volts×Volts÷Resistance=Watts
ThanksWatts is equal to volts squared divided by resistance
3.7v*3.7v÷.33Ω =~41.5w

Yes that seems to be the only and best choice. ThanksThere are no real calculations that will establish the wattage best for you. You can look a your build in Steam Engine and see what the heat flux is. It will give you a rough idea of what wattage is need to reach a comfortable heat flux. Regardless, all of it's just a guide which you will need to adjust until you're happy with it. I might be comfy with a build at 35W, but you might prefer the performance at 50W. Neither is "correct", both are preferences. Start low and work your way up, it's the only real method to find what works for you.
