I've said it before and i'll say it again. the Did is the most under-rated Genesis atty on the market. Why? Because it's readily available! All these hard to get genny's with multiple wick holes and reduced chambers ......... With a 3.5mm wick hole you don't need to use a U'ey because the fatter wick holds a ton of juice and wicks perfectly. The steeply slanted design of the Did top cap, by design, IS a reduced chamber! Other genny's proudly state that the o-ring design to secure the top cap allows you to adjust the throat hit. Really??? Do you know anyone that actually lines up their air hole away from the wick to increase harshness of the vapor? I've bought a few other genny's but I'm spoiled I guess because I sold two of them the day after I received them and actually threw another one in the trash! now I'm on "lists" for three other genny's because I can't seem to control my vaping spending habit. I hope I'm pleasantly surprised once I finally receive them ..... but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't measure up to my Dids.

Spot on with the airhole thing. What a croc that is! Ritual for every genesis atomizer (chapter 1, verse 1): replace top cap and line up the airhole the wick. The DID with its precision screw cap design means that you don't have to even think about aligning the top cap because, with the monotonous accuracy of a metronome, it lines up perfectly every time.

Plus there's no worry that the top cap is going to come off at an inopportune moment! A genny is hard enough as it is to take out.. I could have never taken my zap out the way I did my DID today.

I just talked myself into buying a blem DID LOL I was looking at the cobra but decided to get another DID because of the top cap issue. I know that the cobra isn't known for the cap coming off but I want threads, not 0-rings.

Lots of vape mail coming.. an EA mod, new batts, a big nic order and now another DID ... and I may be trading a vv bottomfeeder for a Spheroid.

I'm done! I need to just get away from here and read a book or something like I used to...watch some TV, crochet.. anything but be on here!

Its OK Donnah, I know what you mean though. Whoever said vaping is cheaper than smoking clearly has no clue :). I keep thinking, "if only I had one of those that will do me, I'm done". Something else keeps popping up on the horizon. This month my shopping has included 2 x Brass Chi Yous, an Ithaka, a GGTS, 2 x Senisis attys, 2 x Senisis drippers (payment will not be due on these for some time thank goodness), plus sundry juice and miscellaneous odds and ends. And you think you have a problem? Loving it though, go hard or go home I reckon.

I'm not a buyer and then a reseller. And I'm really not an impulse buyer. I think out what I want carefully and then wait for a weak moment lol I bought and then sold a v1 LT a year ago. recently I bought and then sold an ac9 but only because I didn't think it was worth what I paid for it in relation to the trouble I was having with it. plus my daughter's transmission went out and I panicked. I'm on the notify me list for a GG stealth. How did you get 2 of the Chi yous? No, wait.. don't tell me!

I am on the Vaporwall list for the Chis. Long complicated story, paid for the items then Mojo's PayPal account was frozen, but the list is retained and he is sorting it out. We are all sort of in limbo at the moment waiting for some news. Upshot is, still had to come up with the money.

Sometimes I wish I was a reseller. If I was, I wouldn't have so much stuff around. I don't sell anything. I just keep buying stuff. I even have drawers full of stuff that probably belongs in a vape museum.

I know we are getting way off track on the DID here but yeah, I also have a thing for guitars. 4 Les Pauls and 3 Fender Strats and counting. Collecting vaping gear is a little cheaper but not much. Should have stopped at the Provari and the DID because that is all you really need but I'm in too deep now :).

LOL. Provaris? Don't remind me. I have 5 of them. 3 Standards and 2 Minis. Why? I have no idea.

Donna, Is that an ibtanked tube on your did?

I think it's a Kir Fanis. The guy I bought it from listed it as such and sent me two. (which is good because I can use the other one on the new DID.. saved me some money) One of the main reasons I wanted a cobra was I could get a sandblasted glass tank for it. I thought a sandblasted angel would look cool on the Electric angel I have coming. But since I just hit the order button for another DID.. the cobra will have to wait for another weak moment lol

Can I get custom glass tanks for the DID at ibtanked?

Pretty sure you can. They made tanks for the AGA T and the ZAP for me no problem at all.

Thanks Donna!

Ibtanked has clear or solid colors for the DID's, in the other tank tubes section. I saw a post that you wanted to get a Cobra with a Phiniac etched tank, so I was looking at their designs last night but didn't see any that tripped my trigger, I kind of dig the stock snake tank though.

I just looked and see that they have glass tanks for the did and they can come in solid colors. That's good to know that I can get a replacement tank here instead of having to pay $25 to have one shipped from Greece. I want a sandblasted angel on my glass tank.

all im going to add is about the cobra, if you never used one the cap is like no other oring cap, sometimes it takes serious force to get it off. that rubber on titanium grabs tight most of the time and never moves or comes off in my pocket, and i take my cobra everywhere.

god forbid they actually get dry in there lol

but i think down the road im getting another MMV gemini.
