While the Derringer has been my favorite rda of all time, and I love my praxis, I was really mad at this company. I had the same problem with the rda and shouldn't have to chase them down like I did. I went ahead and bought my own o-rings, but did email them twice a week for a month (out of principle) before I got a response. Nothing ever came even though I got the same response. They also screwed over a lot of preferred vendors with the release of the 1.2.
Anyway...while that was a lousy experience for an authentic purchase, you can thank the $10 clone industry for making company's paranoid to invest in their businesses and manufacture enough inventory to support demand.
As far as the drip tip, that competition cap is garbage for my purposes. It won't fit with the ring. The best tip that I've used with this RDA is by far the Trinity Copa. I'm running it on everything now...rockin' a brass one on my new Hobo v3 and it's great. Everything else was either burning my lips or was crummy looking delrin with an imperfect seal. The vapor and flavor is noticeably better with the Trinity for me.
