I put the ones that came with PV clone in my friend's brass monkey and they're actually pretty damn good. Was about .24 ohms, so I'm guessing it was 24 ga kanthal micros.

I build 30ga nano dragons at 0.25ohms. It may not be 24ga, but it's likely to be in that fatter range.
A prebuilt coil would take out all the fun of making my own, for me. I like my parallels, twisted wires, parallel twisted wires, asymmetrical parallels, zipper coils...

I bought the Catterpillar RDA and then a few prebuilt coils.. I didn't care for them. They were tiny and had a braided wick, but were OK

I ended up buying some 26 gauge kanthol ($7 on amazon for 100 feet). At that price and watching a few youtube videos and a lesson from a friend I made my own.

It can be a bit of a hassle, but once you get pretty good at it then it'll take you like 5-10mins to do a build..

how in the world do you get 30 ga kanthal to .25 ohms?
