Pre-built tank atomizers

Hello all, I am relatively new to vaping and love my carto-tanks but am ready to get into atomizers. I am wondering if there are tank atty's pre-built? I noticed that they recommend rebuildable ones for advanced vapers because devices could short out.

Very interested in these did type genesis atty's and other like it but i see you have to build them yourself.

They do sell prebuilt heads/prerolled coils. Trust me though it's much more satisfying doing it yourself.
