best rebuildable tank and drip atty?

I am here requesting the help of all advanced and hobbyist vapers. I wanted to know what you all think some of the best rebuildable tank and rebuildable dripping Atomizers are. No I am not talking about rebuilding pro tank. Real, legitimate genesis style tanks. Price does not matter. I'm just doing some research for my personal use.

Gonna catch alot of heat for this one but, a octopus rda.... No really, I'm serious. This is based on vape per cost. Don't get me wrong, in stock form it absolutely blows. But after filing off the air post thingie on the deck and sticking a tooth pic in to stop under coil air flow. Not to mention drilling out stock cap hole to 1/8" and adding another 1/8" air hole opposite side at coil height. Also, ditch the o-rings for an "condom" O-ring setup(no rubbery taste). Thing just dumps vapor and flavor is just amazing. Now, ALOT of rda's offer these creature comforts right out of the box.... But not for eight bucks The mods only take about a half hour at tops.

I love my IGO-W. Drilled out the ridiculously small air holes to 3/32" and set up quad dragon coils, now this thing hits like a freight train

Now while I can't say it's the "best" out there, for 17 bucks, it can't be beat.
