i think that some extra info on the puresmoker web-site would help people who are ordering prodigy & pass-thru's. if a customer found the site and was not a member of this forum, and did not know that steve has to assemble each product and is still trying to get caught up, i can understand how they might be frustrated, in having to wait a month to get their order. i mean , i order juice's and parts and what-not from many different suppliers over the inter-net, if i don't recieve it in 7 to 10 days at the most, then i am contacting them wanting to know why. but as a member of the forum, i knew what to expect and then was able to make some plans to help me make it through the wait, ie i ordered some extra batty's and an auto pass-thru to hold me over, which was in my mail-box 3 days after i ordered them.
