Pretty good so far. Chopped 16 quart bags worth of yellow onions and put them in the freezer today...with a chef's knife. Only 16 more bags to go I bought 4/5 of a bushel, LOLbecause they only wanted $14But they were CHEAPcouldn't pass up 48lbs of onions @ that price

The water table in SE Louisiana is too high for a root cellar...or a basement of any kind for that matter...so they have to be chopped and frozen so they don't go bad.
