LOL ! Mine is the "normal" night time goes to a blank g.msn page upon a refresh...that has now started being a normal morning thing too !!
I absolutely loathe that word, both from a personal and professional perspective.
I have a love/hate relationship with my computers (not even talking viruses here). Couldn't imagine going without one of some kind; but if I could afford it, would smash one to bits each and every week! 
Yes they are.. PITA
From a personal perspective, having a 3 year old bug-catcher who seems to pick up every strain of virus from her school and then share it with her daddy, means that I am constantly fighting something or other. The worst is when they attack my sense on smell or taste.. the world just goes blah..and I hate that.
From a professional perspective, I'm always dealing with our Sales and Marketing folks who are lonely and on the road all the time, and decide to pass their time in hotel rooms playing online poker, or watching porn.. and getting their laptops messed up. Ofcourse, when they bring it in, they have no idea what went wrong with it.

Funny story here. When we retired our old warehouse management system at work, we took the retired server to the warehouse roof and threw it down into the parking lot. We then ran it over with the Shunt truck until it was smashed to bits..
That did feel very liberating.
I need to modify my sig line again .... It should say "Dang cartos", since that's my usual reply to that kind of "buy it, but have to mod the hell out of it to get it to work" kind of crap.

Well all I can say is it's not the first thing I've got into that I've had to mod the 'crap' out of but what ya gonna do when ya love it (them).

Although it means a busy weekend ahead---son's fiance is coming this weekend. I think I leaving meals to him this time.
Then DH already has his suitcase out and is wanting to get start packing because he leaves the 8th. Now you'd think the latter wouldn't involve me too much.
