i think 4pm the day before should work. that would allow time to find a replacement and transfer if the original author should be unavailable .....

I am having fun with the changing of avatars, but I am a little confused with when everyone changes it....is it the day of or the day before ?????

GS.... The thing is we don't always know when they will change. Just having a date with no time doesn't help as much. So they could change at 12:01 a.m. (if they were up past midnight when they joined) and it could be Eest coast time zone (so, say 9:01 p.m. the previous day for West coasters).....

So I often start the day before and roll with it, even tho I'm Eastern time zone. Just in case they change in the wee hours.
