Good afternoon all, got my changing avis prob solved - a program I used to clear my cookies/cache corrupted both of my browsers - have Firefox up, just haven't had the time yet for the IE.

Thanks dear ((((Sea)))) for your thoughts and also good wishes! I rest when I can. Right now I have to work but the work isn't strenuous thank goodness. My kids are still great about helping me out. Part of this is definitely physical. I believe I have a hiatal hernia. That makes breathing difficult and my voice is hoarse and my thoat is on fire. I get out of breath after walking only 20 feet or so. Then the panic attacks set in. I start to hyperventilate and it feels as if my heart is going to explode. I need talking down when this happens.
I still have to ground myself. I keep forgetting to do it. The good part is that I at some point remember when it can't be done...like right after it's rained here (we've had a lot of rain). When I lay down I'm relatively comfortable.
Lib, I hope your condition gets better, Thoughts go out to you
