It's the second preseason game, Atty. I missed the first one, last week. Baseball is a great game, I loved to play it, but find it too slow to watch.

Speaking of the great game of football, (not to be confused with soccer), the Patriot's are playing a preseason game tonight in Tampa Bay, against the Bucs.

although I think it's one of the only team sports that involves a lottt of talent (as far as pitching/batting are concerned)... i can't watch it anymore...

i can't watch any professional sports anymore, except for MMA.

let's be honest, whether it's waiting on that big slide tackle in soccer, the rib-crushing tackle in football, the diving save by an outfielder in baseball, the slam dunk over the guy in the paint, the big 10 car pileup in nascar, or whatever sport you like to watch,... aren't we all just sorta waiting for someone to bite the dirt?? lol..

.. at least in MMA they get right to the good stuff most of the time.

I agree Jerry, it's kinda slow... and Basketball is too fast for me. I just like baseball tho. Football wouldn't be what it is without all the cameras and instant replay. Watching it in the stands is rough, whereas you can do that with baseball. So it's kinda 50/50 to me. We have a local class B Baseball team that is a lot of fun to go watch. The sate team is on the other side of the state for me .

not quite a sport, lol.

but to be honest i'd rather watch some old black & white kung fu movie, that's laced with moral and social values, and actual artforms of martial arts... than watch two teams of steroid jockeys chasing each other over an inflated pigskin.... followed by beer and prescription commercials up the wazoo.
