They are infamous for leaking, classy. Apparently the filler is looser in some of them than in the other cartos.
People have gone to punching single holes in them instead of slotting as well as tamping down the filler prior to filling them.

Is this a second or subsequent fill?

I always had the problem after the first fill with the DCs...it worked fine until I refilled the tank and then it constantly flooded the carto.

I don't know if it will work on a used one or not, but apparently tamping down the filler with a drinking straw helps tremendously as does going to one punch.

Guess since it's not working anyways you could blow it out and give it a try?

I haven't tried them since this little fix became known so I can't vouch for it...I switched back to the Fusion cartos in my tank instead.

I'm still debating ordering some of those tank carts for use on atties. You know, the semi-smart cart type things like in that link/post I mentioned the other day. Works on an atty.... so I figure... "hey atty"....
