Last I heard on discussion is that the thread is to be opened no later that 4pm the day before.....but as has happened, that is too late for some people (like people that work and only get on the forum in the mornings)

I think the morning of the day before would be good....

I'm with Classy on this one; also there are different time zones to consider - 3 hrs is not a lot, but it can make a difference.

this is really no big thing, whis - we have had no problems so why create them?

i opened my thread way early because i knew i would be busy the following days. but most pre-vets don't turn until evening of the day they joined which leaves plenty of time
