It's more like my head survived, Jan. I was wearing a helmet (a rarity for me), it was all scratched up, after me and the bike finally stopped sliding. I learned one important lesson, don't try that with a motorcycle that's going 30 miles an hour, it just don't work.
Damnit!!! Now I got the theme song for The Good, The Bad and The Ugly rattling around in my brain too..... Clashing mercilessly with some Bangles and Queen.
