back then you could tell what kind of car it was. Now they all look a like. I can't tell one from another. I see Cadillacs now and don't know what they are. Remember when they had the big fins in the back. You knew it when you saw it.

Pawn Stars is good for cool cars now and again. The Old Man has a sweet Caddy.
I like the smaller cars but my first was a VW bug and my second was a baby blue Mustang convertible--had a ball in both.

Thanks CES. I remember 8 track players. I had so many 8tracks. I don't have many CD's I just listen on the computer.
yes I think I saw that. Must be a fun business. you get a chance to buy things like that.
I like the CD's in the car. And that is one thing they have done right--make car stereos that plays MP3s. 
One of the happiest days of my life was when I turned 17 and bought a 67 Mustang. Dark blue with the louvre hood and the glass capped hub caps with the emblem in them.
My first car was a used '59 Merc, fins and chrome like an Edsel!! 
The bumpers weighed as much as some cars on the road today.

I actually got the opportunity to drive a 67 not too long ago. I have reached the age where I just about had to roll out of the darn thing!!!

When I had the VW three buck would fill it. About the same for cigs for the week.
With the mustang it cost about $10.00!!!
