Growing up in India, we only got the good stuff. :) Tom and Jerry, Tweety and Sylvester, Looney Tunes, Mickey, Donald and Gang. As for live action, there was the Muppets, Sesame Street and the quintessential Star Trek!! Don't quite remember much more until the 80's came along, then it was A-Team, Knight Rider, Air Wolf, Street Hawk..IN COLOUR!! Remember those funky shows?!

Live long and prosper. :)

Today, the kids have junk, Power Rangers, etc., nothing more than 30 minute commercials. We had good Saturday morning programs.

Agreed. I used to love watching Sesame Street, Electric Company, Mister Rogers and Saturday morning cartoons. Road Runner and Bugs Bunny was my favorite. After the cartoons ended, my brothers, sister and I would watch reruns of the Little Rascals, Leave It to Beaver and The Three Stooges. That was in the early to mid-70s. The programs took a nosedive after that.

Sea...if you're here...second answer !!!!

Ha ha, I'm here. Hi Classy and everyone else. Have taken a week off, so probably won't bother reading back - just don't have the time. But I'm here for west coast coverage for Lynlee. I think katya is busy with her DD's college enrollment and location procedures.

So hello to all, I've missed everyone.:)
