So, I made a 6mg espresso that my wife quite likes (yay!) plus a 12mg experimental cinnamon coconut cookie that isn't quite right. Ratios are off, and it seems like it's missing something. (I used FA cookie, FA cinnamon ceylon, and FA coconut in approximately 60/15/25. Needs more cinnamon, less cookie I think. Tastes mostly like buttery cookie coconut with a distant background note of cinnamon right now.)

Back to the beakers and test tubes and mad cackling.

put your mixing on hold a minute or 7
