I ain't staying up as late as I did last night. (oh yea, Nite Whiskers) We got to watching some guy on TV auctioning off Arizona scrub land in the Navaho Nation, No chance of getting a well on the land you would have to truck it in. and store it. the 2.5 acre lots were going for 5k. I thought I was watching the comedy channel.

The funny part about the auction was while it for for 2.5 acre tracts I googled the subdivision and another broker was selling 20 acres for 10k. Customer Testimonials

sounds like the Florida swampland scam back in the 50s-60s, they have $1,000,000 condos on them now, so if you have a 50 year time horizon......who knows?

What breaks? no one is on a break, Star had to go over to the supply room to get some more copy paper.

sounds like the Florida swampland scam back in the 50s-60s, they have $1,000,000 condos on them now, so if you have a 50 year time horizon......who knows?

What they are doing now days is to parcel out a few hundred acres into 1 or 2 acre tracts and market it up north. Then the buyer comes down and finds their land easy enough, but when they go to pull the building permits guess what? no way ,, never. It has been declared habitat land.
