Yeah, and I also don't like making just one thing at a time.. too boring. Like having multiple things going at once. I'm thinking I'll make some Goan Pork Chorizo this afternoon, and maybe a Thai Basil Beef as well. Chloe's helping me, so it makes for adventurous cooking.
