A virtual trophy. 4 of those and I have to move up to the advanced arena. I have one now.
As best I can chop it here is how well I see with my left eye. the right is starting to go and judging by how fast the left one went from kinda OK to this I'd say I have 3 more months before they both see like this.
The spot that appears clear is not where I focus. it is over to the right. If you look at Tina (Dear wifey) that is what it looks like. at night lights hurt. The other night I was flashing my bright lights at an on coming car to get him to dim his lights only to discover that it was only the reflection of a street sign.

I've heard it described as like looking through a fog all the time.
Now, clowns...they are scary.

That sucks! Are you fixing one eye at a time? And can they get it back to about normal?

I saw 5-6 members below but nobody said a word. You weren't helping and I'm catching up to the Post W in a hurry.
It was so slow (how slow was it?), I began balancing my check book.
Gummy I got a friend a year older than me and she had it done. Her eyesight improved so much she doesn't have to wear glasses all the time now!
catt sidetracked me - apparently there are pros and cons, different lenses available and some unhappy people!
They say they can do one eye for distance and one for close up and that the brain will adjust like it is natural. I need to get them both done before the first of the year or I will have to pay the $750 dollar deductible all over again.

I am still not too bouncy and have given up hope, entirely, of ever catching up...even though I am home (where I belong and can type properly) now.
