Uhmmmm not much for hobbies these days.... I used to fish and golf but havent had time in years. Havent put my boat in the water for two summers. Really about all I do is work and hang out with the wife/kids/dogs when im not working.

I can give you my life story in one line:
Army---->Chef----->Marriage----->Kids------->Dogs-------->Manage a University Dining Program/Catering company

although several happened simultaneously

a CWC.... I havent kept my certification current though. Ive been managing for 7 years. Not as glamorous but the pays considerably better. I still get to do alot of stuff with food so its not too bad
