My grand-daughter is getting married in August. second grand-daughter to get married. More to go.

I have seen them all, they crack me up!
It will be awhile for me for grand kids getting married...she is only seven!
Wedding are a pain in the .... when they're formal and that's what it's going to be.

Future DIL is doing the planning herself..with a friend. I volunteered to help but I was nicely told no so all I have to do is show up.
Gee jj. I have 4 kids,12 grand-kids(1 is by marriage) and 2 great-grand-kids. We all married young.
There's is going to be formal--at least as formal as they can afford!
My oldest daughter is kind of uppitty if that's a word. She will spare no expence on her daughter's wedding.
Didn't get married until after I was 21 and then my daughter got married at 30 (college and starting a career). Son is 36. He was engage once before but that went south and it took awhile for him to get over that. I don't know if there will be kids. Son wants them, she doesn't.

My daughter is frugal..had to be since parents weren't rolling in money.
She married into a family that does have money and she is teaching DH to at least try to be a bit frugal.
That means you will turn at 8:25 your time. If you are EST, then it will be 7:25 for me. I think.

I have no idea where my daughter got her spending habits. Not from me that's for sure.
After high school, I had no interest in getting married. A bunch of us girls rented an apartment, then a house. We did a lot of partying before I meet DH and started settling down.
Time zones confuse me so I'm glad they state EST. Makes it easy for me. LOL
