As for my last few days of freedom I decided to build a shorty Scubagen V3.
Fun so far, even if it will take longer there easier than building a Gummy tank cap.
Anyway my point is that I will just be popping in and out today.

Good morning all. Yup, the Man Cave should have all of the above mentioned items, plus a large screen tv for football season. 
...I am getting an itch to get a lathe...turning is one of the few things I haven't done !
Classy is going to be a mod supplier, one of these days. She will have her own sub-forum and we will have to go there to talk to her.
Any pre-veteran, one month or less, who wants a welcome thread in the Veteran's Forum and or an avatar theme, for their turning day, should post in this thread.

Yep, it's exciting to look forward to. I was just thinking about the same thing yesterday - wonder how far it will go - maybe all computerized and everything. Maybe a locator in it for when you misplace it, you can just clap your hands and it will start loudly beeping its location.
Go with it Gummy and have fun. Yeah, me too - just popping in and out - have shopping and errands today. Was hoping the sun would shine today and warm us up a little here on the coast - doesn't look like it - maybe in July.

I'm getting excited about turning. I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing a bunch of Carrie Underwood......hopefully I won't see ONLY pictures of Carrie Underwear! LOL Thank you guys for doing this....it really makes turning special. I don't know AT ALL what to expect....where do I even FIND the Veteran's Forum? Will a big sign just pop up when I sign in after I've turned that says...."You are now welcome to go HERE--->" and lead me to "my" new thread?
I'm not sure what time of day I'll "turn" either....probably nighttime....I'm a late web surfer. Is there a way to tell? (A way for ME to tell, that is?)

When you turn, Jan, you will see the Veteran's Forum, about a third of the way down on the main forum page. There will be a welcome thread for you there.
Whis, I have heard rumors that there is another Veteran's forum for 2 year members. I don't really believe it though.
