My goodness, I remember when I first joined the ECF and my friends were bugging me to get an avatar-- MissMiA and Lorikay mostly. I had no idea what an avatar was, let alone how to get one. And that little finch had just started to hang out in our backyard, so I took a picture... and he became my avatar and my good charm finch.
I wondered where the finch came from Katya- it's a great picture. I always thought you've been on ECF much longer because of your contributions to the carto thread. I've read most of it (but only posted in in once or twice) and it has taught me a lot and saved me a huge amount of hassle. All y'all on that thread have provided incredible amount of great information. thanks!
