I've been thinking about it, Jerry. Maybe it's not the time you join, maybe its just some preset time of the day when it happens for everybody. I remember that Tango turned around 6 PM PST, so it would be 9 PM EST... Maybe everybody just turns at 9 PM? Is it possible?
