LOL Sea ~ You'd love them all ( I think, and GOOD memory) Thai flat noodle with Chicken and Broccoli - Middle Eastern Beef - and Greek chirstmas Cookie, My favorite.

Ohhhh, I so love Greek food! I lived with a Greek man for three years when I lived in Santa Barbara, and we cooked together a lot of time. We made true Greek salads and cooked a lot of shrimp saganaki, tzatziki sauce, souvlaki, chicken picatta, dolmades and moussaka; and I loved smothering everything in tzatziki sauce.

When I grew up, it just food hehehe. Now I only get it at my sisters. My mom made a great Lamb and Orzo stew. I always wanted "American Stew" like my friend's Mom made, meat, potato, cellary, carrots. NOW I realize how good I had it.

And healthy too. Greeks are among the world's healthiest ppl. I loved the dolmades, but stuffing and rolling that many grape leaves was pretty tedious.
